Llevo esperando 3 hras para una reposición de tarjeta de débito. Solo 2 personas están atendiendo en posicionamiento. Entiendo la contingencia pero con una persona más veo q se movería más rápido. 3 hrs en un trámite q seguramente no llevará más de 10 min.

No llevan un orden, pasaron a muchísima más gente que llegó después de mi, muy mal servicio por parte de este banco además fui a preguntar para ver si ya podían atenderme y el ejecutivo del cubículo 11 jugando con el celular.

Es el peor servicio que he tenido en mi corta vida, fui el turno JN02 para aperturar una cuenta y se tardaron mas de 3 horas y no me ayudaron en nada absolutamente en nada. Pregunte el motivo de retraso y me dijeron que ellos cerraban a las 4 y que debia esperar mi turno, ah pero que tal para comer y platicar en los cubiculos ahi si tienen tiempo. Si es posible vayan a otras sucursales o en su defecto eviten este banco.
It is the worst service I have had in my short life, I was the JN02 turn to open an account and it took more than 3 hours and they did not help me at all. I asked the reason for the delay and they told me that they closed at 4 and that I had to wait my turn, oh but how about eating and talking in the cubicles there if they have time. If possible, go to other branches or, failing that, avoid this bank.

Pésima experiencia en mi vista, 4 horas esperando y no pudo llegar mi turno para pasar con un ejecutivo, decidí irme aunque solamente éramos 5 personas en la sala de espera. Le preguntas algo a los ejecutivos y te responden mal (algunos), no respetan los turnos y solamente pasan a quien quieren. La fila para las cajas igual con demasiada gente formada y no dan información. Aparte dicen obedecer las normas por la pandemia y en pleno servicio tienen a muchos contratistas trabajando en el mantenimiento del edificio. Ahórrese muchos disgustos y vaya a otra sucursal
Bad experience in my eyesight, 4 hours waiting and my turn to spend with an executive could not come, I decided to leave even though there were only 5 people in the waiting room. You ask the executives something and they answer you badly (some), they don't respect shifts and only pass to whoever they want. The line for the boxes is the same with too many people lined up and they don't give information. Besides, they say they obey the rules due to the pandemic and in full service they have many contractors working on the maintenance of the building. Save yourself a lot of trouble and go to another branch

Pesimo servicio, atención lenta y empleados malhumorados ¿Necesito decir más?. Es la peor sucursal de Santander y si no fuera porque mi trabajo está afiliado con este banco no volveria a poner un pie ahi.
Terrible service, slow attention and grumpy employees, do I need to say more? It is the worst branch in Santander and if it weren't for the fact that my work is affiliated with this bank I would never set foot there again.

La sucursal siempre tiene problemas con la prácticaja (normalmente nunca funciona), hoy 06/05/22 a las 1:10 pm, solo cuentan con 1 cajero en ventanilla y el tiempo de espera es de 1 hora 30 minutos aproximadamente. Mejor cierren la sucursal! Ya cuando tengan el personal completo abren.
The branch always has problems with the practiceja (normally it never works), today 05/06/22 at 1:10 pm, they only have 1 teller window and the waiting time is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes. Better close the branch! When they have the full staff they open.

Un pésimo servicio, el banco en general es permiso. Desagradable tener cuenta en ese banco, lamentablemente algunos trabajos tienen que tener su nómina ahí, te bloquean tu tarjeta, el gerente y sus empleados unos pedimos trabajores que se burlan de la gente. Te adjudican seguros involuntariamente y cuando vas a quejarte se excusan de que no tienen sistema y todo los empleados platicando. En resumen si pueden evitar tener algo en ese banco evitenlo.
A lousy service, the bank in general is permission. El banco cierra a las 16:00 pero a las 15:00 ya no permiten el acceso para realizar pagos y se va según ellos el sistema, si así fuera entonces no podrían hacer otros movimientos de ventanilla, que por cierto se 4 solo 1 funciona, todo para que la gente haga uso del cajero automático que recibe pagos y una fila ya previamente hecha por los clientes de al menos 20 min que nos sirve de nada, por que te pasan a la otra fila de cajero, en la cual te llevas al menos otros 20 min. Estos cajeros en dos ocasiones previas se han tragado mi dinero y justo antes del cierre del banco.
