★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor sucursal con el peor servicio, es una lástima que Santander tenga este tipo de gente al servicio/representación del banco. Vas a una consulta o abrir cuenta y te dan la información toda errónea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019 Muy mal servicio, tienes que ser amigo de los ejecutivos de cuenta para que te atiendan, si quieres realizar algún tramite te recomiendo hacer una visita previa y llevar algún presente al ejecutivo y en la siguiente visita con suerte podrás realizar tu trámite exitosamente y hasta te saltarás algunos lugares en la fila.
Abr 2021 Dos años después regreso a la sucursal con diferentes ejecutivos y las mismas áreas de oportunidad, pésimo servicio, no sé si voy a cambiar de banco o sucursal pero si por alguna circunstancia visito nuevamente esta sucursal les cuento cómo me fue
2019 Very bad service, you have to be friends with the account executives to attend to you, if you want to carry out any procedure I recommend you make a previous visit and bring a present to the executive and on the next visit hopefully you will be able to carry out your procedure successfully and even you will skip some places in line.
Apr 2021 Two years later I return to the branch with different executives and the same areas of opportunity, terrible service, I do not know if I am going to change bank or branch but if for some reason I visit this branch again, I will tell you how it went.

Este retraso y la mala capacitación que tiene el personal de atención, me costó 2500 pesos... Afortunadamente no tengo que ir seguido, pero cuando voy es un martirio
