En el caso de esta sucursal son lentos y apáticos para atender al cliente; en repetidas ocasiones.
No contestan el teléfono; ninguna de las 3 líneas disponibles, de líneas a sábado.

In the case of this branch, they are slow and apathetic to serve the customer; repeatedly.
Nobody is picking up the phone; none of the 3 lines available, from lines to Saturday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es increíble que te digan que tu cuenta está bloqueada por FALLECIMIENTO pero curiosamente NO TIENEN EL NOMBRE DE LA PERSONA QUE LO SOLICITÓ NI LOS DOCUMENTOS QUE PRESENTÓ. Llevo una semana tratando de solucionar esta situación, una supuesta SANSRA GONZÁLEZ me dijo que ella daría el seguimiento, me dieron un número y casualmente NUNCA Contestan y cuando por obra de Dios alguien responde sucede que la señora nunca está.. es una sucursal con gente incompetente y con mucha falta de sentido de urgencia.. TENGAN CUIDADO
It is incredible that they tell you that your account is blocked due to DEATH but curiously, they DO NOT HAVE THE NAME OF THE PERSON WHO REQUESTED IT OR THE DOCUMENTS THAT THEY PRESENTED. I have been trying to solve this situation for a week, a supposed SANSRA GONZÁLEZ told me that she would follow up, they gave me a number and coincidentally they NEVER answer and when by God's hand someone answers it happens that the lady is never there .. it is a branch with people incompetent and lacking in a sense of urgency .. BE CAREFUL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, los "ejecutivos se preguntan los procedimientos entre ellos y solo te hacen esperar una eternidad porque no te resuelven nada" y para colmo, la linea telefónica tampoco está disponible.
Terrible service, the "executives ask each other the procedures and only make you wait an eternity because they don't solve anything for you" and to top it off, the telephone line is not available either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui un sábado y debo agradecer que me atiendo una buena ejecutiva y me ayudo con mi problema de mi tarjeta, debo reconocer que en esta sucursal por lo menos si te ayudan, solo hay que tener paciencia.
I went on a Saturday and I must thank a good executive who helped me with my card problem, I must admit that in this branch at least if they help you, you just have to be patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención la ejecutiva no sabía ni comunicarse bien, me atendió de mala gana y resulta que me llamaron a los 3 días para decirme que mi trámite no fue válido por error de ella.
Terrible service, the executive did not know how to communicate well, she attended me reluctantly and it turns out that they called me 3 days later to tell me that my procedure was not valid due to her mistake.
