★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para empezar el banco está muy sucio, las filas de ventanilla, cajero, crédito o escritorio no tienen ningún orden. Ya cuando te atienden lo hacen con una actitud pésima, son muy lentos, mínima una sonrisita o algo mano.
Les hace falta mejorar su servicio desde la limpieza hasta la atención, qué pasó con esa motivación en sus trabajadores??!!! no puede ser tío Santander

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este banco tiene horario hasta las 4:30 aquí en Google pero eso fue solo por la pandemia, ya regresaron a su horario anterior y cierran a las 4:00pm

Lo comparten con el Laboratorio de análisis clínicos, la persona que funge como Valet Parking bloquea la entrada con dos vehículos sin dar acceso a los usuarios del banco, por lo que la necesidad es dejarlo sobre la acera... Si es que alcanzas espacio para tu vehículo.
*Si tú necesidad en asistir a esta sucursal, te recomiendo que vengas sin vehículo*
