★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la gerente del banco creo que es claudia vidal discrimina a los usuarios del banco, ademas de que cuando la ve un conocido lo atiende preferentemente pasando por encima de los que llevamos horas formados, posiblemente eso sea penado pero santander no hace nada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le doy muy baja calificación a la sucursal ya que el tiempo de espera es demasiado largo tienen muy poco personal para la demanda de la zona, t el personal que se encuentra disponible es muy tardado.
Colo sugerencia estaría bien abrieran una sucursal más.

Las ejecutivas solo desfilan de una puerta a otra y no forman a la gente con la sana distancia. para atender a una persona tardan hasta 1 hora. Brincan a los que estamos formados por otras gentes que son sus amistades Santander México ojalá que hicieran una auditoria y les cayeran
Ya que no se vale jugar con el tiempo de la gente al estar formados de 10am A 2pm para ser atendidos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, super lento, más de tres horas para pasar a caja ( más de 2 HRS en el sol y una más dentro del banco) , el personal nisiquiera está al pendiente de la fila fuera de la sucursal, y no informan nada, pésima actitud además. Y no es que haya demasiados usuarios sino que es muy lento el servicio.
Terrible service, super slow, more than three hours to checkout (more than 2 HRS in the sun and one more inside the bank), the staff is not even aware of the line outside the branch, and they do not report anything, terrible attitude also. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su sistema es un asco. Durante mi visita 2 personas además de mí, tuvieron problemas con su tarjeta. Yo acudí por el mismo problema estuve al rededor de 2 horas y a pesar de nuevamente aperturaron la cta. No pude ocupar mi tarjeta. Se calló el sistema en fin. Muy mal servicio.
Your system sucks. During my visit 2 people besides me had problems with their card. I went for the same problem, I was around 2 hours and despite the fact that they opened the account again. I couldn't use my card. The system finally shut down. Very bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio si no le vaes bien alque esta en la puerta para que pases a ver un asesor te dejan más de una hora esperando lo que en otros lugares no te tardan más de 15 min más me asome y los asesores estaban desocupados .......
Terrible service if you don't do well to the one who is at the door so you can go see an advisor they leave you waiting for more than an hour what in other places doesn't take more than 15 minutes more I peeked and the advisors were unoccupied.... ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst bank I've been to in my entire life. Wish there was 0 star. I stayed on the queue for good 5 hours just to open account with them. Upon entry, I was deemed not eligible for an account for no tangible reason. While on the queue, those that came hours after me were allowed to enter for reasons known to the staff alone. They management needs to overhaul the staff in that branch. They all seem to be very rude, especially the ladies there. No empathy for customers, zero customer service!
