Muy mala experiencia la Srita de la entrada muy déspota, sacando a la gente de la tercera edad a formarse al sol aún que tenían espacio y muy grosera

mal servicio, acudo a cambiar cheque y que no hay efectivo, como si no hubiera en boveda... ya no el tiempo perdido en la fila!! Pésimo y nefasto servicio Cuatro intentos de cambiar un cheque en sucursal zenea y mercado escobedo y no hay efectivo.. tal parece que esperan lo ingresado para poder pagar cheques!!

Todo lo que dicen es verdad, los ejecutivos no están bien preparados, son altaneros, una señorita hasta me volteó los ojos y no saben ni sus políticas. Un ejecutivo te puede decir una cosa, luego vas con otro y te dice algo completamente diferente. Lo peor es que ya puse mi queja en Santander y no hacen absolutamente nada, nadie le da seguimiento.
Everything they say is true, the executives are not well prepared, they are haughty, a young lady even rolled her eyes and they don't even know their policies. One executive can tell you one thing, then you go to another and he tells you something completely different. The worst thing is that I already made my complaint in Santander and they do absolutely nothing, nobody follows up on it.

El peor banco, una asquerosidad, me acaban de dar mi tarjeta y la bloquearon porque según faltan datos, pero no hacen nada porque te mandan hasta la de jurica, y luego llegas allá y no te atienden porque no hay personal. Lo bueno es que al menos ya solicité portabilidad a BBVA

El banco y el sistema muy bueno, pero hay algo que esta realmente mal y es que yo fui y al estar formado me percate que una señora de muy bajos recursos y ya mayor está intentando usar el multicajero pero el cajero de ahí tiene una falla el sistema de touch como que está desajustado y aparte tenía si sistema de masiado lento. Entonces la señora pido ayuda a las ejecutivas de ese banco. Por lo que le negaron la ayuda. Pido que si podía realizar el depósito en efectivo en ventanilla y muy déspotas le dijeron que si no sabía utilizar el cajero podía pasar en cualquier Oxxo. Y le negaron el servicio. Y 2 de ellas solo platicaban sin trabajar y la otra en su cubículo con el celular.
The bank and the system are very good, but there is something that is really wrong and that is that I went and when I was trained I realized that a very low-income and elderly lady is trying to use the ATM but the ATM there has a problem touch system as it is out of adjustment and apart from that it had a system that was too slow. So the lady asked the executives of that bank for help. So they refused help. He asked if he could make the deposit in cash at the window and very despots told him that if he did not know how to use the ATM he could go to any Oxxo. And they denied him service. And 2 of them just talked without working and the other in her cubicle with her cell phone.

AVOID this bank location at all costs. One ATM (X93803) machine failed to dispense cash but charged the amount to my account. I took another card to the ATM (X99663) next to it and that ATM took my card and didn’t give it back. There was not a single employee available to help. I called the customer service and the agent refused to help me; she said it was a problem with my card. I explained to her that I had used two different cards and that the local people knew that those two ATMs (as well as two other ones) didn’t work and they just learned to avoid using them. The agent told me she would transfer me to someone that could help instead and hung up on me. In total there are 4 ATM machines that don’t work at this location. Horrible customer service and horrible attention to quality. You’re better off going anywhere else.
