★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Diez minutos en la entrada porque la mujer q da los turnos anda papaloteando en la sucursal. No solucionaron mi problema y la mujer q me atendió no tiene ni idea fea de los trámites. Mejor cancelar q seguir tratando con ineptos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio que pueda existir en toda la banca mexicana, el personal no pone la más mínima atención y ayuda al cliente, las practicajas son lentisimas y la mayoría de las veces no funcionan, realizas aproximadamente de 45 minutos a 1 hora de fila para que al final tu operación no se haya procesado. LO PEOR DE LO PEOR!!

Super groseros y cochinos uno de los ejecutivos me eructo.
Para pasar a ventanilla los cajeros super lentos groseros y aparte se quitan el cubrebocas no tienen cuidado de la higiene.
No, se respeta el límite de personas adentro, no hay sana distancia.

Contexto: Fui me forme como 30 minutos pase con el asesor para mi cambio de NIP y me dijo eso lo puedes hacer desde el teléfono trate de hacerlo desde mi celular y no me llegaba la clave de verificación entonces fui a la sucursal de Simon Bolivar y me atendieron muy distinto le esplique al asesor que no me llegaba el mensaje de verificación y el corroboro que lo que estaba mal era el registro de mi numero y en esta sucursal si me dieron solución y me atendieron de la manera correcta

Context: I went to the consultant for about 30 minutes to change my PIN and he told me that you can do it from the phone, I tried to do it from my cell phone and I did not get the verification code, so I went to the Simon Bolivar branch and They treated me very differently. I explained to the advisor that I did not receive the verification message and he confirmed that what was wrong was the registration of my number and in this branch they did give me a solution and they treated me in the correct way.
