El peor banco, les hace falta actualizarse, tienen 4 cajas y solo un cajero super lento atendiendo. El cajero automático roba el dinero y ahí en sucursal no te lo pueden resolver. Mejor me voy a bancomer ahí si saben como atender al cliente.

Pésima atención. Fui a solicitar una cuenta de nómina y se me atendió de mala gana, no me permitieron verificar mis datos y no me explicaron nada. Resulta que me generaron contraseñas en la sucursal de las cuales nunca se me notificó, tampoco pudieron escribir bien mi nombre y ahora tengo que hacer un trámite engorroso para cambiarlo. Definitivamente me cambio de banco en cuanto liberen mi cuenta

Los 3 cajeros fuera de servicio, no es la primera vez que me pasa y en esta sucursal tampoco será la última. Si estoy de suerte encuentro 1 que funcione.

Confirmo, hay 3 cajeros y ninguno sirve, es un desperdicio de tecnología y capacidad instalada. Ánimo, gente, si se puede ser mejores, échenle ganas.
