★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio de la historia, intente aperturar mi cuenta de empresa con ellos, me pidieron mas de 4 veces los documemtos y jamás respondieron de nuevo, ni telefonos, ni correos, tuve que ir más de tres veces a pedir seguimiento directamente. perdieron una empresa y u cliente de 10 años.
 The worst service in history, try to open my company account with them, they asked me more than 4 times for the documents and they never answered again, nor telephones, nor emails, I had to go more than three times to ask for follow-up directly. They lost a company and a 10 year old client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es de las sucursales más mal atendidas que yo he ido. nada más nadie se ha dado cuenta que dos cajeros no sirven para atender al caudal de personas que acuden a esa sucursal. La espera tiende a ser de más de una hora. Yo ya no me esperó hay una sucursal en avenida México otra en López cotilla y otro en avenida Chapultepec, siempre son mejor opción que esta mugre sucursal.
It is one of the most poorly attended branches that I have gone to. nothing more nobody has realized that two ATMs do not serve to attend the flow of people who come to that branch. The wait tends to be more than one hour. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO servicio. TARDAN horas en atender un "ejecutivo" y NO resuelven nada, al contrario ENTORPECEN procesos. EVITA abrir cuentas en Santander y más, en esta SUCURSAL.
Terrible service. IT TAKES hours to attend to an "executive" and they DO NOT solve anything, on the contrary, they HINDER processes. AVOID opening accounts in Santander and more, in this BRANCH.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se meresen ni una estrella pue me han hecho la vida dificil cuando aperture mi cunta una de la acesoras no relizo bien su trabajo y me dio una tarjeta bloqueda y sin dar de alta. Dure 2 semanas sin poder cobrar. Pesimo servicio no recomiendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor sucursal! Pésimo servicio y además súper lento!! Y lo peor es que lo saben y no les importa.. no hacen nada por mejorar.
Lamentablemente tengo que venir a hacer un depósito cada mes y siempre es lo mismo.
