★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El banco más lento que existe, solo para hacer una reposición de tarjeta tienes que pasar con un ejecutivo y esperar aproximadamente 1hr cuando en bancomer desde ventanilla en 5 minutos ya te proporcionaron tu nueva tarjeta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tiene servicio de solucion, su cajero para pagos me robo y ni forma de recuperarlo, no contestan las llamadas de apoyo, sus camaras estan detras no delante para confirmar que su cajero no es adecuado para cobro de servicios, ninguna persona presente para apoyar aun sea para incontinencia o no. Ni telefonos de ayuda ni modos para confirmar lo sucedido... Espero no utilicen un banco con incompetencia y falta de seriedad para solucionar problemas de cajeros... Los telefonos de respuesta automáticos no solucionan problemas atrasan y perjudican. Tengan precaucion
