★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre he ido a este banco, desde antes de la pandemia, me ha tocado estar con pocos clientes menos de 10 personas tal vez (ya que siempre procuro ir temprano), y SIEMPRE tardan muchísimo en atender (no puedo imaginarme cuando son horas pico), he ido ahora con la pandemia y aún con menos clientes tardan las horas en darte la atención, pésimo servicio.
 I have always been to this bank, since before the pandemic, I have had to be with few clients less than 10 people maybe (since I always try to go early), and they ALWAYS take a long time to attend (I cannot imagine when they are peak hours) , I have now gone with the pandemic and even with fewer clients it takes hours to give you the attention, terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, para empezar no hay una persona fija en la entrada que reparta los ticket, ya que se le junta la gente empieza a repartir los ticket y los dejas pasar, sin importar que adentro se amontonen, permite pasar a más de dos personas juntas sin restricciones. Precisamente como no hay una persona fija, no son canalizadas correctamente, ni hay una asesoría previa a sus clientes. No recomiendo esta sucursal.
