Pues déspotas y eso nada, al contrario, pero espabilados algo, se les ha pasado un trámite y he tenido que acudir otra vez, son amables, Manolo ha de ser de puro banco de Hong Kong, tienen buen servicio, pero como en todos los bancos, les falta velocidad para atender, que uno sea prepotente por solicitar los servicios bancarios es una tontería y muy diferente a que el empleado no te hable como quieras, cumplen su servicio, los cajeros funcionan el 90% de las veces.

De 3 cajeros automáticos nada mas funciona en promedio uno o dos si te va bien y en quincena peor, que mal servicio, creía que Banorte tenia los peores cajeros, pero Santander los supera

Pésimo servicio, pocos cajeros para demaciada gente, no sirve de nada ser cliente del banco, no hay caja preferente para clientes. Los cajeros automáticos se tragan el dinero de depósitos y es problema para solicitar la acreditación, es necesario levantar aclaraciones. En si pésimo servicio.

Que barbaridad!! Pido portabilidad de nómina por la situación que en otro banco tengo domiciliados mis pagos, me confirman el trámite y ahora que estoy fuera del país, pues nada, que no lo hicieron, ya llamé a los números de la app, a los bancos, etc y no da opción de hablar con asesor, ni contestan en las sucursales!! Nos abandonan a los clientes a nuestra suerte, por cualquier emergencia que se tenga, punto menos que imposible te la resuelvan, con eso de las infinitas opciones de las grabaciones y de ahí te mandan a otras, pues ya te fregaste con la emergencia.
