Súper nefastos! Mal servicio! No importa que la sucursal esté vacía, atienden de mala gana. Desde el personal de la entrada hasta la ejecutiva que atiende (en mi caso, la ejecutiva del escritorio 5). Si no tienen necesidad de acudir a esta sucursal, no lo hagan.
Super nefarious! Bad service! It doesn't matter if the branch is empty, they attend reluctantly. From the entrance staff to the executive serving (in my case, the executive at desk 5). If you do not need to go to this branch, do not do so.

He visto malas atenciones en tiempo. Pero este lugar es pésimo. Para atender a 5 personas se demoran hasta una hora. Realmente es muy mala la atención. Se entretienen mucho y no atienden a los clientes

Pésimo servicio en atención a clientes, llevo mas de 40 minutos y no me atienden, aun cuando los ejecutivos estan desocupados. No es posible que en tiempos de pandemia no consideren agilizar los procesos de atención e identifiquen los trámites sencillos para darle pronta atención. Solo vengo a solicitar unos estados de cuenta y nadie atiende, un trámite tan sencillo y que se tarden tanto. No es posible!!
Terrible customer service, I took more than 40 minutes and they do not serve me, even when the executives are unemployed. It is not possible that in times of a pandemic they do not consider streamlining the care processes and identify the simple procedures to give prompt attention. I only come to request some account statements and nobody attends, a procedure so simple and that they take so long. It's not possible!!

Tengan cuidado, la cajera me dio incompleto mi cobro. No tuve oportunidad de contarlo al instante. Intenté marcar a la sucursal y no me contestan. La cajera es una joven de complexión robusta. No se confíen de ella por favor estén al pendiente cuando les entreguen su dinero.

DO NOT GO HERE. ATM ate my Bank of America card. ATM displayed no warnings or dialogue about what happened. Staff were smug and had zero interest in helping me resolve this issue.
