I have been waiting for my turn with the executive for 1 hour and people are arriving WITHOUT a file and the executive receives them, the Director nonchalantly left witnessing the PEOPLE, what a pity that my payroll fell in this bank, at least in Campeche it is disgusting in attention.

Aunque el banco esté a reventar los empleados se toman su tiempo para ponerse a platicar o a revisar su teléfono y ni por eso abren mas cajas. Muuuuuuuuuy leeeent services. Why so many boxes if they don't put them into operation. Although the bank is bursting at the seams, the employees take their time to talk or check their phones and they don't even open more cash registers for that.

Al menos cuenta con aire acondicionado, y cuenta con un buen número de cajeros automáticos (2 para depositar y 3 para retirar). Creo que este es el aspecto más positivo de la sucursal: los cajeros automáticos para depósito y retiro de efectivo. What a slower service. People come out, and I've been waiting for more than 20 minutes and nobody comes in ... And the boxes seem to be slow. At least it has air conditioning, and it has a good number of ATMs (2 for depositing and 3 for withdrawing). I think this is the most positive aspect of the branch: the ATMs for cash deposit and withdrawal.
