★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca tienen cambio, aunque seas cuentahabiente, sólo tienen una sola persona atendiendo cajas por lo que el tiempo de espera es demasiado. Deberían cerrarlo porque no sirve de nada.
They never have change, even if you are an account holder, they only have one person attending boxes so the waiting time is too long. They should close it because it is useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, quise aperturar una cuenta pero te meten cosas que en su pagina oficial no menciona, te quieren ver la cara y condicionarte, tienes contratar sus dichosos seguros y cuanta cosa puedan por requerir sus servicios bancarios.
Terrible service, I wanted to open an account but they give you things that they don't mention on their official website, they want to see your face and condition you, you have to hire their damn insurance and as much as they can to require their banking services.
