Se torna en mal servicio al cliente; SANTANDER debe ampliar el local y aumentar personal. The staff do their best to serve you with warmth and efficiency; the number of clients is very high, the branch (recently remodeled) is very small, with few staff. Dicho retiro lo quierro hacer desde hace más de 15 dias y nadie me da solución. Mi Afore ya me mostró que efectivamente los fondos los tiene Santander pero las cajeras no te sacan de ningún apuro, estoy segura que ni siquiera han de saber como se hace porque cuando les expliqué el trámite que quería hacer solo se quedaron viendo entre ellas, no me han querido dar mi dinero inclusive cuando ya les mostré mi número de orden de pago etc y me siguen negando el servicio. Me tomaron mis datos para que la gerente Ana Colín se comunicará conmigo y hasta hoy no ha sucedido. Addressed it with the Director and he seemed non-plussed. Would never recommend this bank or location, unless of course you would like a nice quiet place to sit in conditioning for a disproportionately large part if your day........
