★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy en el horario menos concurrido, llegué hace una hora y me anoté en la lista de clientes para ser atendidos por un ejecutivo y es hora que no me pasan.
Hay 3 ejecutivos y ninguno está atendiendo, ni si quiera la directora del banco.
Llegan personas y se acercan con ellos y tardan hasta 30 min atendiendo sus dudas pero los que llegaron antes y se anotaron en la lista para ser atendidos seguimos esperando, no te llaman y no se acercan a ver qué necesitas o a qué servicio vienes.
Pésimo servicio.
 I am in the least busy schedule, I arrived an hour ago and I signed up on the list of clients to be attended by an executive and it is time that they do not happen to me.
There are 3 executives and none is attending, not even the bank director.
People arrive and approach them and take up to 30 minutes to answer their questions, but those who arrived earlier and signed up for the service are still waiting, they do not call you and do not come to see what you need or what service you come.
Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones son modernas y recién inaguradas, sin embargo el sistema de atención es lento, engorroso, las ejecutivas de cuenta (incluso si eres cliente nuevo) son altaneras, no explican bien y no proveen información precisa.
El sistema para pagos es lento en horas pico, por lo general pasa en todos los bancos. Sin embargo la atención es 100% importante, por el trato que dan es que califico de manera regular.
Esta sucursal cuenta con cajeros automáticos para retiros y cuenta con cajeros para realizar depósitos y pagos a tu tarjeta de crédito. (función nueva añadida con la remodelación).
The facilities are modern and recently inaugurated, however the service system is slow, cumbersome, the account executives (even if you are a new client) are haughty, do not explain well and do not provide accurate information.
The payment system is slow at peak hours, it usually happens in all banks. However, attention is 100% important, because of the treatment they give is that I qualify on a regular basis.
This branch has ATMs for withdrawals and has ATMs to make deposits and payments to your credit card. (new feature added with remodel).

Solo un ejecutivo (cubículo director 5) para ser exacta, pésima atención, te hacen esperar un mundo y ni te avisan y se van a comer, más de 5 personas esperando a ser atendidas y la ejecutiva no sus luces, muy poco personal y muuuuuuy lento, excepto cajas. Más de 1 hora esperando y no fui atendida, sumamente molestaaaaaaaaaaaaa
Terrible service, horribly slow.
Only one executive (director cubicle 5) to be exact, terrible attention, they make you wait forever and they don't even tell you and they go to eat, more than 5 people waiting to be served and the executive doesn't have her lights, very little staff and sooooooo slow, except boxes. More than 1 hour waiting and I was not attended, extremely annoying
