★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor banco, peor servicio de sus cajeros que se quedan con el dinero y luego haces el reclamo y te mandan a llamar a un teléfono donde nadie contesta y como si tuvieras la necesidad de pedir tu propio dinero no sólo no lo recomiendo si no que además los prevengo de ese banco ratero, inservible y de lo peor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen una pésima organización para el ingreso, no tiene a nadie cuidando la puerta y la gente sin cultura se pasa sin respetar a los que están formados.
Duras más de 2 horas formado para que te atiendan.
They have a terrible organization for entry, they have no one guarding the door and people without culture go by without respecting those who are trained.
You last more than 2 hours trained to be cared for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad pésimo servicio, una cajera solamente y la otra sentada! 25 min por cada cliente! Eso no puede ser! Mala organización para pasar con un asesor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como cliente frecuente durante la pandemia si se hacía un caos en la entrada por la gente que se querían meter y no respetar en la fila, ya actualmente la fila se hace en el interior y no tardas mucho en llegar a ventanilla.
Los cajeros automáticos para retirar dinero están bien ya que son 3 y si dan abasto a la demanda de uso.
La practicaja que es para hacer depósitos en ocaciones si solía ser molesto que a cada rato estaba en fuera de servicio pero últimamente ya no ah pasado ya que mejoraron su interfaz.
El trato de los empleados del banco en ventanilla y en escritorios siempre me ah parecido bueno.
En una ocasión la practicaja me trago dinero y a momento de buscar ayuda dentro del banco me resolvieron muy rápido, solo que si tuve que esperar 1 semana para que me regresan el efectivo.
