Pésimo servicio, tiene casi un mes que no me an podido tramitar mi tarjeta!! Para nada recomendable ?

La verdad me llevo muy mal experiencia de este banco, las que estan en escritorio se la pasan hablando por telefono, hacen esperan a la gente y ya cuando estas en turno siguen contestando mensajes ingnorando al cliente. A mi esposo le bloquearon la cuenta nunca supieron decir el porque, decían que por mal captura de datos luego que por la firma, el hablo al telefono de quejas y le dijeron que no habia ningun problema con sucuenta que podia hacer cualquier moviento. Llegamos a la sucursal para retirar dinero y lo pasaron a un escritoro para decirle que firmara por la cancelación de la cuenta. En el banco quedaron de hablarle para avisar y nunca lo hicieron, si el no hubiera hablado al telefono de quejas no se hubiera enterado que su cuenta estaba desbloqueada y solo se la hubieran vuelto a bloquear, por que no hacer bien su trabajo. A si son de importantes los que quieren abrir cuenta? A si es de importante las personas que estan en este banco esperando turno, que los empleados se la pasan en sus asuntos personales? La verdad dejan mucho que desear. Esta sucursal esta muy mal, talvez no necesité quien tenga su cuenta aqui y por eso bloquean cuentas y las cancelan, por que a mi esposo en la "SUPER LINEA" le dijeron que el problema era en la sucursal por que no habia por que bloquear la cuenta y mucho menos cancelar la cuenta. A hora el dice pregunta que por que la cancelación de la cuenta y le dicen que por que el la solicitó y a el le dijeron que tenia que firmar la cancelacion de la cuenta para poder abrir otra. Se supone que estan capacitados para resolver los problemas y ni siquiera los que ellos provocan saben resolverlos.

Pesimo Servicio, empezando por el gerente, este tipo de sucursales deben ser cerradas 3 visitas para hacer un tramite de las cuales en 2 de ellas estaba cerrado y al final no se concluyo el trramite. Prefiero intentar con otro banco

Pésimo banco, después de hacer fila por 5 horas para abrir mi cuenta de nomina, me dijeron que no me podían abrir la cuenta, no me dijeron el por que, fui al día siguiente y fue lo mismo, que malo que haya bancon y gente como esta tan despota

Más de tres ocasiones para cambiar una tarjeta de débito que está vencida. Tengo que llamar al número de Santander para que me den un folio, para que me puedan hacer el cambio de tarjeta en sucursal. Y lo más curioso de hoy, acudimos a hacer un cobro que es exclusivo en éste banco, no nos dijeron que teníamos que llevar copia de INE; a dos metros de las cajas hay una copiadora y pedimos a una ejecutiva que nos hiciera favor de sacar la copia ya que no hay papelerías cerca... Accedió amablemente a sacarla con un cargo de $35 pesos por la copia. En este momento estoy esperando en escritorio (más de 20 minutos) y la ejecutiva no puede terminar una llamada "personal" para atenderme.

2 horas en fila para pasar con ejecutivo y aun nada y solo estaban 2 personas cuando llegue pésimo servicio

Este banco #santander el tiempo de espera para abrir una cuenta es mas de 3 a 4 horas de espera. Esperas afuera una hora y media para ver un ejecutivo y después te entran adentro a esperar otras 2 horas y media. Y encima de eso no tienen baño. A este banco no le interesa el cliente

Pésima atención, el gerente es una persona muy grosera y nada eficiente. Tengo más de una hora formado y no recibo atención, 3 filas llenas y solo 2 cajeros. De ser posible mejor vayan a otra sucursal, es mucho tiempo perdido y muy mala atención. Las palabras del gerente fueron; "es lo qué hay, si no le parece vaya a otra sucursal"
