★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los cajeros automáticos siempre presentan fallas, tienen uno de depósitos pero igual siempre presenta problemas técnicos, atención a usuarios tarda horas, aunque tengas cuenta llevas las de perder en tiempo. En quincena mejor ni te acerques, salvo que sea desde que se abre.
ATMs always have failures, they have one of deposits but still it always presents technical problems, customer service takes hours, even if you have an account of losing time. In better fortnight or do not approach, unless it is since it opens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima gestión. Asiste mucha gente y solo tienen de dos a tres cajeros atendiendo. Se contradicen con sus políticas para entrega de plásticos adicionales; dan preferencia a conocidos en la lista para pasar con gerentes y si por "error" te saltan y les haces ver dicho error te hacen esperar aún así.
Terrible management. Many people attend and they only have two to three ATMs attending. They contradict their policies for the delivery of additional plastics; they give preference to acquaintances on the list to go to managers and if they "jump" and make you see this error by "error" they make you wait even so.

Terrible service, I've been waiting 2 hours to open 1 account. In no bank have they kept me waiting so long to become their client. People pass by who came after me. REALLY DO NOT COME TO THIS BRANCH.
