Y siempre hay muchisima gente o no hay servicio o no sirve su dispensador de ticket y hay que formarse o algo. No lo recomiendo. I speak to the executives for 1 hour and complete all the processes for an international transaction. At 4:15 pm they tell me they cannot process it since the window of it closes at 2:30 pm. They could have mentioned this at 3:15 pm. But they had waste my time and effort for 1 hour ! In addition it is am International bank where no one wants to even try to speak English ! No cooperation at all. If you don't want to coordinate with international clients in Mexico then simply do not accept International clients who cannot speak Spanish well. I would recommend all international community in Mexico to not have an account in Santander simply because they don't have any respect for clients and clients' time.
