Voy a sacar mi dinero de este banco. Horrible branch service, I always wait more than half an hour for an executive to attend me, today it was 45 minutes and there were still 5 places left for me. I will get my money from this bank.

Even being a customer, you have to come prepared to lose at least an hour and a half. There are not enough agents or the ones that exist are not efficient at all.
a	ara arceo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en esta sucursal .. Van 2 ocasiones en que acudo y un gran número de inútiles aplicando gel para poder entrar a la sucursal o al cajero automático. Unas filas enormes para poder acceder a cualquiera de las dos opciones... Una vez dentro de la sucursal todo es lento y lo que le sigue... Pongan a trabajar a tanto inútil aplica-gel en ventanilla.. Verán que no se hacen filas ni aglomeraciones y todos sanos Terrible service at this branch .. There are 2 times when I go and a large number of useless applying gel to enter the branch or ATM. Super bad organization always with Santander it's the same there is a huge line of older people in the sun and their cashier won't let me change my check, lousy service, hey ...

Todo quieren que resuelvas por teléfono teniendolos a ellos ahí, y pésimo servicio también de la Superlinea. Super slow for any procedure, they lack executives to attend as they should. They want you to solve everything by phone having them there, and terrible service also from the Superline.

E	Eric Ruesga Garcia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De "select" no tiene nada, en días pico (quincena, puente) no tienen mas de dos cajeros, el apartado especial para tarjetas select tampoco tiene gente. Les encanta ver filas afuera del banco. There is nothing about "select", on peak days (fortnight, bridge) they do not have more than two ATMs, the special section for select cards does not have people either. They love to see lines outside the bank.
