It is a mini branch of Santander bank, with 2 windows for deposits / card payments / services, and 1 for an account executive, they should put more of these.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una mini sucursal. Deberían de pensar en la posibilidad de tener otra caja o poner un cajero donde se puedan hacer depósitos y otras transacciones ya que siempre hay mucha gente esperando.
It is a mini branch. They should think about the possibility of having another box or putting an ATM where deposits and other transactions can be made since there are always many people waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio terrible: teniendo dos cajas y al menos 4 empleados uniformados detrás de los cristales solo utilizan una caja, no permiten realizar retiros de efectivo, el precio para cambio de divisas no es respetado ni se anuncia que es reajustado cada 5 minutos; como bien lo describió el cajero mismo "ésto es más una casa de cambio que una sucursal".
Terrible service: having two boxes and at least 4 uniformed employees behind the windows only use a box, they do not allow cash withdrawals, the price for currency exchange is not respected and it is not announced that it is readjusted every 5 minutes; As the cashier himself described it "this is more a house of change than a branch".
