★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casi nunca tienen dinero, y los cajeros están en mal estado, y en lugar de poner un letrero así lo dejan están prendidos y ni siquiera tienen donde meter la tarjeta y sin letrero, cuando se te llega a atorar el dinero y vas a hacer el trámite de ir a la sucursal te tratan como si fueras tonta y no supieras acomodar los billetes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que le pasa a los ejecutivos de esta sucursal? De plano no les pagan bien? Es el peor personal bancario que me he topado en la vida!!! Todos se tiran tierra entre todos, desde que entras el ambiente es pésimo y la atención horrenda, todo les pesa hacer, todo les molesta, no quieren solucionar nada, no quieren ayudarte en nada. Pareciera que hacen todo con la intención de disgustarte. Leo las otras opiniones y veo que todos pensamos igual, no piensa hacer nada el "gerente" o el banco al respecto?? Necesitan un cambio urgente, que mi dinero no lo regalo ni me lo regalan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Peor sucursal SANTANDER de toda la CDMX y área metropolitana, atención demasiado lenta e ineficiente, no hay ejecutivo recibiendo en la puerta, trato con atención despota, pareciera que están haciéndo las cosas de favor. Cancele mi cuenta porque resulta que solo puedo hacer mis tramites en esta sucursal donde la atención es de lo peor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay ejecutivo que te reciba y le explique a las personas cómo tomar turno o dónde formarse. Ponen a la de limpieza a hacer ese trabajo, por el cual no le pagan, seguramente. Lo que me gusta es que es amplia y los ejecutivos de escritorio son atentos.
There is no executive who receives you and explains to people how to take a turn or where to train. They put the cleaning lady to do that job, for which they don't pay her, surely. What I like is that it is spacious and the desk executives are attentive.
