★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya van varias ocasiones en las que voy a esta sucursal para retirar efectivo y me ha sido imposible ya que he encontrado dentro a un señor sin hogar y con problemas mentales dentro del cajero y obviamente por seguridad me he tenido que retirar. Favor de hacer algo ya que los usuarios nos vemos afectados. Esto es en horarios antes de que abran la sucursal. Gracias.
There are already several occasions in which I go to this branch to withdraw cash and it has been impossible for me since I have found a homeless man with mental problems inside the cashier and obviously for security I have had to withdraw. Please do something as users are affected. This is at times before they open the branch. Thank you.

El tiempo de espera es aun peor.
Their waiting method for executive service is ridiculous when compared to other banks.
Waiting time is even worse.

Sin duda acude a esta sucursal, te harán esperar más de dos horas para poder realizar un trámite.
Y si por algún motivo le preguntas a alguno de los cajeros que quién te puede ayudar, te dirán que "no sabrían decirte" ¿entonces para que están ahí?
¡PÉSIMO SERVICIO AL CLIENTE!

Without a doubt, go to this branch, they will make you wait more than two hours to carry out a procedure.
And if for some reason you ask one of the cashiers who can help you, they will tell you that "they couldn't tell you" so why are they there?
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen una forma pésima de gestionar la sucursal, que parece se ponen de acuerdo en hacer todo lo que podría molestar a los clientes. Falta de organización, hacerlos esperar mil años, pobre mantenimiento a todo incluida la relación cliente-banco, respuestas valegorro, sistema de cajas que hacen ver las del Oxxo como de primer mundo --con todo y su 2da. caja cerrada, etc.
They have a terrible way of managing the branch, they seem to agree to do everything that could annoy the customers. Lack of organization, making them wait a thousand years, poor maintenance of everything including the client-bank relationship, valegorro responses, a cashier system that makes Oxxo look like first world --with everything and its 2nd. closed box etc
