Los asesores con el cubre bocas debajo de la nariz.
Pasan primero a los amigos y ya hasta después a ti, si no es que se van a desayunar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se si siempre sea así, pero tengo la mala suerte de estar esperando después de 30 minutos y los cajeros desaparecieron, tengo el turno 49 y en el 45 tienen todo este tiempo de espera, ya varios clientes preguntamos x el otro cajero q si estaba y desapareció, la respuesta del personal es que es quincena, y precisamente xq ellos saben q es quincena y su justificación de mal servicio es q hay mucha gente, deberían prepararse con mas cajeros para darle fluidez a la atención. Cajas vacías hay, solo faltan cajeros. Mala experiencia en esta sucursal sin duda muy desagradable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es muy muy lento. No tienen turnos para los ejecutivos y cuando por fin te atienden no conocen ni sus propios productos. Armarse de paciencia si tienes un producto con Santander y tienes que ir a dicha sucursal.
The service is very very slow. They don't have shifts for executives and when they finally serve you they don't even know their own products. Arm yourself with patience if you have a product with Santander and you have to go to that branch.
