★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en Sucursal Chapultepec Morales después de que un cajero de la sucursal comió mi tarjeta y la única pseudo solución fue que hiciera lo que ya había hecho sin éxito, de llamar a superlinea para reportar la tarjeta. Finalmente sin poder tener ayuda de la sucursal o superlinea no les importa que cancele mi cuenta pero no toman la precaución de entregarme mi dinero de la cuenta de inversión.
Pésimo servicio y aunque quizá fue solo la sucursal, opte por cancelar mi cuenta pues es increíble que entre 6 personas en la sucursal nadie pueda tener espíritu de servicio al cliente.
Bad service in Chapultepec Morales branch after a branch teller ate my card and the only pseudo solution was to do what I had already done without success, to call superlinea to report the card. Finally without being able to have help from the branch or superlinea they do not mind that I cancel my account but they do not take the precaution of giving me my money from the investment account.
Poor service and although maybe it was just the branch, choose to cancel my account because it is amazing that among 6 people in the branch no one can have a spirit of customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy fui a solicitar un estado de cuenta y a actualizar los datos ,la ejecutiva que me atendió tuvo un pésimo servicio ,y jamás me indico que podía imprimir mi estado de cuenta con un costo de 35 pesos!!!!,lo cual me parece excesivo!!!, pero no se me informo de esa opción,marco por teléfono y me dice que dentro de 2 o tres horas me llegará!!,eso es una pésima actitud si la señorita no quiere trabajar en viernes que le diga a su jefe!!,eso me retraso a mi 2 días para recibir un depósito!!!,Su actitud hace sentir que me hace un favor!!!!Pésima actitud!!. Ahora entiendo x qué mis compañeros se cambiaron de nómina a Bancomer!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, desde antes de entrar me dicen que se van a tardar porque tienen una urgencia que resolver y la ejecutiva de cuenta sin hacer nada varios minutos hasta que se va por un café.

Apoyar no buscan una solución apesar de que tengan toda tu información ahí archivaba El señor Armando López no pudo entregarne mi tarjeta aún que me presenté con una identificación oficial solo me podría atender si me presento con el IFE me asaltaron no tengo nada nada solo
