★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. No te pueden resolver nada por teléfono, ni una simple pregunta y te piden que vayas a la sucursal aunque tus tiempos no te lo permitan porque desconocen muchos detalles de los tramites.
Terrible service. They cannot solve anything over the phone, not a simple question, and they ask you to go to the branch, even if your times do not allow it because they do not know many details of the procedures.
