Terrible la atención, la sucursal Super llena, ni si quiera hay lugar para sentarse a esperar, 3 horas para que me disque atendieran! No la recomiendo para nada, la mayoría de los que van ahí van a quejarse de sus tarjetas o a cancelar la que alguna vez tuvieron.

Pésimo servicio con los cajeros automáticos nunca están funcionando todos , no cuentan con efectivo, en el caso del multi cajero regular mente está fuera de servicio o en reparación .

Pesima atencion en la sucursal de santiago tianguistenco, llevo axactamente dos horas para una reposicion de tarjeta express, y la persona encargada de dar las tarjetas porque para esto solo es un ejecutivo asignado cuando hay 3 mas le pregunto cuanto tienpo mas lo tengo que esperar me dice que 10 minutos mas despues de las dos horas que pasaron desde que llegue, tengo mi cuenta con ustedes pero me cambiaré aqui no valoran a sus clientes, aparte el director de complexion robusta de lentes platicando y no hace nada de verdad que mala experiencia, ojala puedan hacer algo.

Mi experiencia en la suc no ha sido buena. El ejecutivo que me atendió parece que me está haciendo un favor por tener ese trabajo, te atienden de mala gana. Yo solicite una TDC y no he podido contactarlo porque no contestan en el teléfono registrado. Ya va más de un mes que trato de activarla, porque por vía telefónica me dijeron que fuera a la suc.

Pésimo pésimo pésimo servicio, hay 4 ejecutivos mas el gerente y solo 2 atendiendo, uno jugando en el celular y otra abriendo la puerta, tiempo de espera más de una hora!
