★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta mucho este banco, lo malo es que está muy descuidado. Los multicajeros automáticos nunca están en funcionamiento y cuando lo están se tragan las tarjetas o el dinero. Sería genial que funcionarán al 100% los 365 días del año las 24 horas del día. Imposible verdad
 I really like this bench, the bad thing is that it is very neglected. The ATMs are never in operation and when they are they swallow the cards or the money. It would be great if they work 100% 365 days a year 24 hours a day. Impossible truth

The executives don't want to work... they send you to your branch of origin or to dial by phone... those from the phone to the branch and so on... an infinite loop...

Everyone in this branch is inept, even for simple procedures it will take more than two hours, go with a lot of time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La PEOR atención que alguna vez he recibido en toda mi vida, dos horas de espera para poder tener la reposición de una tarjeta, para que al final el gerente de una manera déspota y agresiva al fin me diera la tarjeta.
En caso de poder cambiar de sucursal, les recomiendo que lo hagan a la primer oportunidad que tengan.
The WORST attention I have ever received in my entire life, two hours of waiting to be able to have a card replaced, so that in the end the manager in a despotic and aggressive manner finally gave me the card.
If you can change branches, I recommend that you do so at the first opportunity you have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy amables, 4 cajas pero solo un cajero, es una loteria que funcione el multicajero. Tardan muchisimo pero son muy pacientes y resuelven dudas. Ojala hubiera alguien que apoyara a los adultos mayores o personas en en general en el uso del multicajero para despejar las operaciones de cajas.
Very friendly, 4 boxes but only one cashier, it's a lottery that the multi-cash machine works. They take a long time but they are very patient and answer questions. I wish there was someone who supported the elderly or people in general in the use of the ATM to clear cashier operations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los ejecutivos son muy groseros con las personas negras. Durante tres días estuve yendo para poder hacer unos trámites y siempre que iba algo estaba mal. Se negaron a ayudarme hasta que fui a otro banco. No vengas aquí si eres de color son muy racistas
Executives are very rude to black people. For three days I was going to be able to do some paperwork and every time I went something was wrong. They refused to help me until I went to another bank. Do not come here if you are of color they are very racist
