★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se merece ni la categoría de “pésimo servicio”: ineficiente, prepotente el personal, ningún sentido de “servicio al cliente” y no te dan soluciones efectivas y/o alternativas de solución. La peor sucursal bancaria que he visto!
It does not even deserve the category of "lousy service": inefficient, overbearing staff, no sense of "customer service" and they do not give you effective solutions and / or alternative solutions. The worst bank branch I have ever seen!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pudiera colocar menos 5 estrella lo haría, una ejecutiva no me dio la asesoría necesaria y ahora debo regresar nuevamente a sucursal en estás sircunstancias de aislamiento a realizar el movimiento que en su momento se le solicita hacer. Pésimo servicio
