★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, vine a aperturar una cuenta y la gerente con una actitud nefasta. Además hay tres ejecutivos y resulta que ni el gerente ni el subgerente de abren cuentas (son demasiado importantes para ello), por lo qué hay que esperar a una ejecutiva que tiene muchísimo trabajo. Y todavía la gerente me dice “pues si quieres hay otra sucursal cerca”. Así quieren ganar nuevos clientes?

Acudí por el medio día para un tramite con los ejecutivos, pase más de 90 minutos esperando y no lograron atenderme. Al siguiente día acudí a la hora en que abren (9:00 am), fui en segundo en la lista de espera, tardaron una hora para que el ejecutivo me atendiera.

I went at noon for a paperwork with the executives, I spent more than 90 minutes waiting and they could not attend me. The next day I went to the opening time (9:00 am), I was second on the waiting list, it took an hour for the executive to attend me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal es malísimo, se la pasan platicando, a veces no hay ni un cajero, cuando al fin te atienden después de horas se tardan la eternidad en ir por una copia, no resuelven dudas y siempre es así, haya o no gente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui por dos tarjetas débito. Tardaron 2hrs y media en asignar nuevo NIP y activarlas. En BBVA esto me llevo sólo 5 min!!! Ah, por ningún motivo vayan con la ejecutiva IVONNE CARPIO. Es muy incompetente, grosera y cuando no sabe resolver algo le echa la culpa al cliente o dice que está muy ocupada. Me dió cita a las 15:00 y no me quiso atender "porque tenía mucha gente". SANTANDER ES EL PEOR SERVICIO BANCARIO DE MÉXICO!!!!
I went for two debit cards. It took 2 hours and a half to assign a new PIN and activate them. In BBVA this took me only 5 min!!! Ah, for no reason go with the executive IVONNE CARPIO. She is very incompetent, rude and when she doesn't know how to solve something she blames the customer or says she is too busy. He gave me an appointment at 3:00 p.m. and he didn't want to see me "because he had a lot of people." SANTANDER IS THE WORST BANKING SERVICE IN MEXICO!!!!
