Para empezar, no hay personal que se encargue de orientar a los clientes en la filas, dejan que quienes ya están haciendo fila NO usen cubre bocas y permiten que personas que no necesitan atención se sienten en sus escaleras, obstaculizando en paso para quienes requieren el servicio.
Terrible service. To begin with, there are no personnel in charge of orienting customers in the queues, they let those who are already queuing do NOT use mouth covers and they allow people who do not need attention to sit on their stairs, obstructing the passage for those who require the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, me pasaron con una ejecutiva y no tuvo la educación de atenderme, le pasaron una llamada telefónica y me dejó ahí esperando y hablando con la operadora, le pedí apoyo a una de sus compañeras y me dijo que ella era cajera y que no sabía, que yo tenía que esperar a que terminara su llamada la persona que me estaba atendiendo, opte por irme porque nadie me dio una solución, no vuelvo a acudir a esa banco en mi vida.
Terrible service, they put me through with an executive and she didn't have the education to attend me, they gave her a phone call and she left me there waiting and talking to the operator, I asked one of her colleagues for support and she told me that she was a cashier and not I knew that I had to wait for the person who was attending me to finish his call, I chose to leave because no one gave me a solution, I will not go to that bank again in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio se tardan demasiado los ejecutivos perece q no están capacitados, pues atienden con mucha lentitud, una hora esperando y faltan 5 personas antes de mi, además se saltan a las personas de la lista.
