★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All around bad service: wait is over 5 hours to speak to a banker, ATM is faulty, bankers make personal calls instead of helping customers, counter takes hours to help people. Complete disregard towards customers. And it’s not a one off encounter, had the displeasure of enduring such service daily for a week.
