★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si hubiera menos estrellas serían las merecedoras, pésimo servicio, consultas con los ejecutivos para reponer tarjeta antes de anotarse en su lista y después de casi 2 horas formado, te dicen que no tienen y que regreses al día siguiente otra vez a formarte por que antes no pueden informarte si tienen o no tarjetas, y así evitarte las 2 horas de espera sin resultados

I been standing in line for more than 2 hours and so far they have let in a total of 4 people in the bank to speak to an executive. Strongly considering changing banks because of this service.
