★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El banco tiene buena ubicación, cuando al fin te atiende el asesor el servicio es bueno, la caja siempre está atestada, servicios intermitentes, se quedan sin comunicación frecuentemente. Tiene estacionamiento propio sin costo. La sucursal es completamente inaccesible con muletas o sillas de ruedas ni siquiera pensable. Incluso los cajeros automáticos hay que subir una serie de escaleras incómodas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asco de servicio, el personal no es nada amable, muy lentos y flojos. Si pueden probechar evitar usar esta sucursal mejor. Y para terminar en mi estancia ningún cajero funciono.
Disgusting service, the staff is not friendly at all, very slow and lazy. If you can try to avoid using this branch better. And to finish my stay, no ATM worked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asco de lugar, muy mala cara los ejecutivos, solicite aclaración de unos cargos que me hicieron los mismos de Santander y no me supieron dar respuesta y ya. No me dijeron a donde acudir, ni una solución, sólo se quedaron con mi dinero, si pueden ir a otra sucursal, mejor.
