★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En cuanto atención personalizada se refiere deja mucho que desear, largas filas para ser atendido de mala gana por un asesor, si vas a realizar algún servicio en el área de cajas no esperes otra cosa más que la mala atención del personal, en cuanto a disponibilidad de cajeros automáticos es peor aún que la atención del personal, de 5 cajeros con los que cuenta la sucursal de la zona centro solo funcionan 2 y en ocasiones solo 1, deberás hacer fila por 20 minutos o un poco más dependiendo del día de la semana. Están descuidando al usuario. Errrooooorrrr.
