★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca contestan, no te resuelven las aclaraciones, no recomiendo al banco en lo absoluto, hay mejores opciones... No pierdan su tiempo.
They never answer, they don't solve your clarifications, I don't recommend the bank at all, there are better options ... Don't waste your time.

Terrible service, they never answer calls, it is the worst bank that could exist, hire new staff, who want to work and provide the service that is required.

Reponer y activar una tarjeta que venció este mes me tomo 4 vueltas a la sucursal. 4!
Es absolutamente ridiculo!
Terrible service. They do not give complete information. They do not agree between what the cashier tells you and what they tell you online Bancomer and they bring you around because they do not know their own procedures.
Replenishing and activating a card that expired this month took me 4 laps to the branch. 4!
It is absolutely ridiculous!
