★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daría menos todas las estrellas posibles, Pésimo servicio, los ejecutivos súper groseros, y se tardan horas para atender, no dan preferencia a las personas adultas y si pides apoyo se molestan. Sus disque prácticajeros no son nada funcionales. Banco horrendo.

Llevo 3 semanas sin poder uaar mi tarjeta porque no supieron abrir bien una cuenta y ahora no puedo disponer de mi dinero. Todo el tiempo te dicen que llames en vez de intentar ayudarte a solucionarlo ahí como me ha tocado en otroa bancos.
Lousy bank, lousy service and lousy problem resolution. I have not been able to use my card for 3 weeks because they did not know how to open an account well and now I cannot have my money. All the time they tell you to call instead of trying to help you solve it there as I have had in other banks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es el peor banco que he visitado. Por favor no vayan y menos aperturen cuentas cometeran un grave error. Sus ejecutivos que son jóvenes no son amables nada joviales parece que te estan haciendo un favor con darte una atención, pues se quedan en su lugar sin llamar al siguiente turno y se ve que solo estan en su teléfono platicando y riéndose. Desde la chica de la entrada no da ni el saludo ni la bienvenida solo pregunta que va hacer? el gerente si le preguntas si te ayuda te dice que te tienes que esperar y también nota que no tiene la capacidad de resolver problemas ni aunque sea mínimo.
Deberían cambiar al personal ejecutivo de ese lugar. Ya que hacen que la visita de sus clientes sea tediosa cansada y lamentable.
