Pésimo servicio, lentos y sin tacto a la atención al cliente, ejecutivos distraídos (con el celular en mano ignorando al cliente) los procesos los hacen súper tarifados (espere 1 hora y media y no me resolvieron nada). La peor atención de todos los bancos que eh ido, no lo recomiendo
Terrible service, slow and tactless to customer service, distracted executives (with cell phone in hand ignoring the customer) the processes make them super expensive (I waited 1 hour and a half and they did not solve anything). The worst attention of all the banks that I have gone, I do not recommend it

La sucursal tiene muy muy poco estacionamiento por lo regular en la tarde si tiene mucha gente y el estacionamiento es un caos por que esta justo en un semáforo entonces si vienes de nogalar y agarras barragán y la lateral te tiene que tocar suerte de que no esté lleno el semáforo para que te puedan dejar estacionarte
The branch has very very little parking usually in the afternoon if it has a lot of people and the parking is chaos because it is right at a traffic light so if you come from nogalar and grab barragán and the side you have to be lucky that it is not there I fill the traffic light so they can let you park

Pésimo servicio, los tenía en un mejor concepto en cuanto al servicio al cliente pero hoy me lleve una mala experiencia. Acudí abrir una cuenta de nómina que me mandó mi empresa aperturar. Dure 1 hora esperando para cuándo ya casi era mi turno, un empleado del banco que estaba en la entrada me dice que solo aperturan 5 cuentas diarias y ya no había más... Pero por otro lado estaba pasando a otros clientes que iban a realizar otras operaciones. Nos salimos de la fila 3 personas. Pésimo servicio, casi podría jurar que es discriminación ya que como no somos clientes y una apertura de nómina no les da ganar intereses, por eso no les importa atendernos de igual manera que a los que ya son clientes y les consumen otros servicios. Lo único que me pudo decir el empleado después de que me vio molesto, dijo- vengase mañana a 1 hora antes de que abramos para que alcance! Que mal servicio de Santander. Ahora culpan la situación covid y con ello se excusan de todo.
Terrible service, I had them in a better concept in terms of customer service but today I had a bad experience. I went to open a payroll account that my company sent me to open. I spent 1 hour waiting for when it was almost my turn, a bank employee who was at the entrance told me that they only open 5 accounts a day and there were no more ... But on the other hand I was passing to other customers who were going other operations. We got out of line 3 people. Terrible service, I could almost swear that it is discrimination since as we are not clients and a payroll opening does not earn them interest, that is why they do not mind serving us in the same way as those who are already clients and consume other services. The only thing the clerk could tell me after he saw me upset, he said- come tomorrow at 1 hour before we open so I can catch up! What a bad service from Santander. Now they blame the covid situation and thereby excuse themselves from everything.

HORRIBLE!! SIEMPRE LENTO, CARENTE DE PERSONAL, Y EL QUE ESTÁ SUPER RELAJADISIMO COMO SI NO HUBIERA GENTE ESPERANDO, PLATICANDO DE SU RUTINA DE EJERCICIO, COMIDA O CUALQUIER TEMA MENOS EL QUE DEBERIAN, TENGO 50 MIN ESPERANDO Y SOLO UNA PERSONA DELANTE DE MI, QUE TMB ESTA ESPERANDO. HORRIBLE!!
HORRIBLE!! ALWAYS SLOW, LACK OF STAFF, AND THE ONE WHO IS SUPER RELAXED AS IF THERE WERE NO PEOPLE WAITING, TALKING ABOUT THEIR EXERCISE ROUTINE, FOOD OR ANY THEME LESS THE ONE THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE, I HAVE 50 MIN WAITING AND ONLY ONE PERSON IN FRONT OF ME, THAN TMB IS WAITING. HORRIBLE!!

Tarde más de una hora para que me atendiera un ejecutivo y cuando ya era mi turno llega una señora con un regalo y empiezan a platicar bien agusto y hasta se acompaño otro ejecutivo más. Pésimo servicio.
I took more than an hour for an executive to attend to me and when it was my turn a lady arrived with a gift and they began to talk well and even accompanied another executive. Terrible service.

Anuncian un servicio en su página web, llego al banco para adquirirlo, me hacen esperar 30 minutos, para decirme que ya no ofrecen tal servicio
They advertise a service on their website, I go to the bank to purchase it, they make me wait 30 minutes, to tell me that they no longer offer such a service

Es triste que sean poco serviciales en estos bancos demasiandoEmpaticos,hace una 1hora del dia de hoy viernes 8 de abril,un compañero de trabajo quiso cambiar su cheque en suc Barragan y topo chico ,la persona que esta en la entrada le exigia que sacara su celular y escaneara el codigo para entrar al banco,mi compañero muy apenas tiene un simple celular ni siquiera sabia que era el codigo y le dijo asi no puede entonces vayase ,y menciono que pase el sig a la caja
