o	osiris andrade on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve que poner una estrella pero ni una se merecen, son los peores, "la subdirectora" es la mas prepotente de toda la sucursal y valiendoles que yo llegue 1 hora antes que otro cliente me hicieron esperar mas de 2 horas y esta dichosa subdirectora sirve para dos cosas. Que pena en verdad, porque otras sucursales te atienden de maravilla y por personas como esta nos cambiamos de Banco. Y para una reposición del plástico o tarjeta, si la quieres personalizadas, no llega nunca a la sucursal, terminan dando te una genérica. Y no se diga de sus seguros "BLINDAJE PLUS" Pésimo servicio ?. It takes forever for improper charges, almost a year for a double charge and that's because I turned to CONDUSEF. Es decepcionante que un banco internacional tan importante dé tan mal servicio a sus clientes. I wanted to withdraw and none of the 3 ATMs served. Terrible service. No vayan a esta sucursal, la peor de las atenciones.
