Excelente servicio, sucursal amplia, cuenta con dos cajeros y uno de depósito, no tiene estacionamiento.

Pésimo Servicio. primero te registras y esperas como 30 minutos para que te atiendan...Fui a solicitar una reposición de tarjeta, y me dijeron que invariablemente tenía que hacer llamada a "superlínea".. que en realidad fué una "super espera"...(otros 20 minutos escuchando la grabadora)....finalmente me dieron un folio para recibir la tarjerta...y cuando regresé a la sucursal, me dijeron que no tenían plásticos... pido una cita para cuando les lleguen los siguientes plásticos y me dicen que no saben cuando les llegarán......

Pésima atención y servicio en esta sucursal. No tienen emisión de ticket para visualizar el tiempo de espera en ventanilla y mucho menos para atención de los "ejecutivos". Hoy la persona que parece ser la subdirectora de la sucursal fue descortés y tajante. Abrí mii cuenta hace menos de un mes ahi y ya estoy arrepentida.

Me dijeron que viniera a esta sucursal con mi INE y tarjeta y un comprobante de domicilio, me formó para que me ayuden con mi asunto y me mandan al área de arriba de nóminas. Un muchacho mal encarado me pide que sin formarme pida mi numero de cuenta. Pregunto en Subdirección si me pueden ayudar y me mandan a formarme. Parece como si a proposito quidieran que uno diera vueltas. A excepción de una ejecutiva muy eficiente, parece como si me estuvieran haciendo un favor al atenderme. Pesimo. Ahora entiendo por que tienen 2 de calificación

Muy mala atención, las empleadas ejercen actos de discriminacion por el aspecto de las personas principalmente la subdirectora, me dejo esperando cerca de 2 horas, se metió a desayunar en él área de cajas y no volvió a salir hasta que me queje fui atendido. Por cierto llegan personas sin turno para abrir cuentas e indican que hicieron cita para que las atendieran y pasan antes de los que tienen turno, la persona de la entrada poco amable al parecer no entienden que prestan un servicio a los clientes.

En mi caso, la atención fue bastante bien, fueron amables y sobretodo pudieron hacer un trámite donde en mi sucursal de orígen no pudieron dar solución. No sueles encontrar mucha gente y el director de la sucursal es una excelente persona
