★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMA la atención al cliente en esta sucursal de las peores en las que he estado, como es posible que solo tengan a un "ejecutivo" de cuenta que todo el momento estaba de déspota para atender a toda una sucursal de tamaño mediano-grande y a una sola persona de cajero .....muy muy mal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De las peores experiencias con Santander, atienden mucho mejor por teléfono, deberían enviarlos al curso de atención al cliente que les dan ellos ya que aquí de plano te reciben mal y de malas, el ejecutivo que me atendió no pudo hacer mi cambio de sucursal debido a que el no contaba con el número de sucursal al que quería cambiarme, y yo tenía que brindarle dicha información, siendo que yo como cliente porque debería contar con información del banco? Al final me mandó a marcar a Superlínea y esperar los famosos 15 minutos a que me atendieran y la señorita que me atendió muy amablemente me brindo la información en menos de 1 minuto. En serio Santander tienes muy buenas promociones y todo pero en el trato al cliente en sucursal les hace falta mucho.
