Los ejecutivos a cada rato se meten a un cuartito a comer y hacen todo lento muy lento para que las personas se aburran y se vayan. Se tragó la tarjeta el cajero y tuve que esperar tres horas para que me repusieran el plástico y se supone fue una reposición exprés. Actually zero stars but there is no such option. Pity attention. Mal servicio, LENTO, los ejecutivos incompetentes y las cajeras platicando, parece no importarles las dos horas que la gente está formada bajo el sol de Yucatán. No entiendo como el gerente de la tienda no presta atención a todos los malos comentarios que tienen aquí y hace algo al respecto. La ubicación señalada es inexacta y la foto que subió el mismo banco ni siquiera corresponde a la fachada de la sucursal. If Santander is a lousy bank, this branch is a real nightmare. Bad service, SLOW, incompetent executives and cashiers chatting, they don't seem to care about the two hours that people are lined up under the Yucatan sun.
