R	Rene Rivera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es muy lento, los ejecutivos poco atentos y en el momento que fui no tenian sistema pero no es razon para no atender a la gente y decirles que no los pueden apoyar, inclusive varias ejecutivas usaban su celular mientras caminaban de lado a lado sin atender a nadie. Creo hay mejor atencion en otras sucursales aunque el banco en general es malo. The service is very slow, the executives little attentive and at the time I went they had no system but it is not reason not to attend to people and tell them that they can not support them, even several executives used their cell phone while walking side by side without take care of anyone I think there is better attention in other branches although the bank in general is bad.

They tell you that they are going to transfer you to the corresponding area and no one answers.

Ojalá y cambiaran la forma en que la voz de esa persona o lo que sea pueda ser más clara y la musiquita es peor que un funeral.....ya no digo del que da el servicio, con una actitud pesima.... En fin....no lo recomiendo. Terrible service .... and that blessed "super line" ..... is a waste of time ... Hopefully and they would change the way in which the voice of that person or whatever could be clearer and the little music is worse than a funeral ..... I am not saying about the one who gives the service, with a pessimistic attitude .... Anyway .... I don't recommend it.

Ya solo termino de pagar mi deuda y me largo. I'm tired of this bank, 1 executive and hours waiting in line for a simple process to update data because the nice gentlemen blocked my applications. I just finished paying my debt and I'm leaving.
