★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuí hacer una consulta sobre mi estado de cuenta y recibí un pésimo servicio, ejecutivos ineficientes, prepotentes y con poco servicio al cliente, además, trataron mal a una persona de la tercera edad con intolerancia.
Totalmente pésimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lento y mucho tramite para una simple cancelación de tarjeta. Agradezco que ya no tengo que volver a este banco. Los ejecutivos se la pasan platicando además de que solo tiene 2 y las cajeras tardan horas para un simple trámite
Slow and much processing for a simple card cancellation. I appreciate that I no longer have to return to this bank. Executives spend the time talking in addition to having only 2 and the cashiers take hours for a simple procedure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, sin cajeras, tres personas hablando por celular dentro de la sucursal, los ejecutivos no respetan a la genta que tiene mas de 40 minutos haciendo fila y lo peor, no tienen humanidad ni sentido comun, 4 personas de la tercera edad sentadas y ni un ejecutivo ni cajera las invito a pasar antes a cajas.
Terrible service, no cashiers, three people talking on a cell phone inside the branch, the executives do not respect people who have more than 40 minutes in line and worst of all, they have no humanity or common sense, 4 seniors sitting and Neither an executive nor a cashier invited them to check out beforehand.
