★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es pésimo , los ejecutivos no tienen conocimiento , todo lo preguntan y como no lo saben , tienen que llamar por todo a alguien más , si pueden evítenla , perderán tiempo , un trámite normal de escritorio 2 horas mínimo ...pésima sucursal
 The service is dismal, executives have no knowledge, they ask everything and since they do not know it, they have to call someone else for everything, if they can avoid it, they will lose time, a normal desktop procedure 2 hours minimum ... lousy branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me toca ir recurrentemente y el servicio es pésimo, de manera usual no hay ejecutivos atendiendo, así que el tiempo de espera promedio es de 90 minutos para que estos te atiendan.
I have to go recurrently and the service is terrible, in a usual way there are no executives attending, so the average waiting time is 90 minutes for these to attend you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, acudí a esta sucursal por qué en la mía no me han dado información clara. Y me regresaron a mi sucursal a preguntar. En definitiva, no tiene ningún beneficio ser cliente select si no te pueden atender en esas sucursales. Pésimo servicio, nada recomendable. La señorita que me recibió solo me miró de arriba hacia abajo, le comenté cuál era la situación a la que acudía y me dijo que fuera a mi sucursal.
Bad service, I went to this branch because they have not given me clear information in mine. And they returned me to my branch to ask. In short, there is no benefit to be a select client if they cannot serve you at those branches. Terrible service, not recommended.
