★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dure 1 hora haciendo fila en pleno sol por el tema del covid no te dejaban pasar y cuando era mi turno me dicen que no hay plasticos (Creo que era para que avisaran a la Gente para que no hiciera fila)
lamentablemente lo piden para nomina de mi trabajo si no mejor me iba a Bancomer
De los peores bancos, en el tiempo que estuve vi como el cajero desaparecio 2 tarjetas ..

A demás que el tiempo de espera es exagerado, cuando el ejecutivo te atiende ingresa los datos que el quiere, tengo problemas con la superlinea porque ni mi número ni correo corresponden a pesar de que se lo escribí y él aseguró que se actualizará y jamás fue así.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sucursal con el personal más incapacitado y mañoso que me ha atendido. Son atentos, pero para contratar servicios te hacen los cobros antes de que revises datos. Y si están mal, ya te dejaron un problema. Y en una ocasión que no tenían efectivo, por no cambiarme un cheque, me lo rechazaron y sellaron por firma supuestamente, cuando un día antes había cambiado uno idéntico sin problemas. Todo esto sin mencionar la espera para ser atendido, que es de 30min en adelante. Mi recomendación es evitar dicha sucursal, nada recomendable!
