M	Markus Dunklau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used their ATM with my international Creditcard. ATM was keeping my card and money and left me with nothing. When going to this bank to get service, I came 1 minute after opening hours and explained my emergency citation. The women that was working did not let me in anymore, refused me to give me her name, did not let me talk with someone in a superior position and told me to come back Monday. Money was not in my bank account anymore and they just did not care at all. WORST BANK WORLDWIDE!

Sign the book when you walk in and then prepare to wait. Banks in Mexico are generally pathetic for customer service. There are tons of people (often literally) waiting for a few tellers and a few 'executives'. Why can't they hire more people? They are making a fortune and offering abysmal service. A Mexican bank would not survive one day in the US with such poor service. In this bank's favor, I will say that when it was FINALLY our turn, our banker was friendly and courteous and even spoke some English. You're going to have to wait hours at any bank - might as well choose a bank where you get friendly service after all that waiting...

I had one simple question that could easily be answered over the phone, as they are to lazy to look up what I need they just told me to go wait in line. Have to waste 4 hours of my day standing in line. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service.

K	Kameron - on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. Canadians and foreigners beware. This bank has a dirdy 6% fee on the funds you withdraw plus another 30 peso service charge. I decided to proceed with the withdrawal because the Scotia on 10th was equally scumy. If by some miracle you are north of the highway, hit the Banco Azteca by the America Mall.
