Pésimo servicio, se tardan horas, los de atención al cliente no sueltan su celular y te tardas hasta 4 horas esperando sobre una fila de 11 personas

Pésima. El día de hoy fui a aperturar una cuenta de nómina con ustedes Santander, al firmar lo documentos ya estaban marcado con una "x" en donde según yo autorizaba a Banco Santander hacer uso de mis datos personales para proporcionarles los a terceros, le pedí al ejecutivo que por favor cambiará la marca a "no autorizo", que yo no daba mi autorización para compartirlos, me contestó que era obligatorio marcar una "x" de que si autorizaba compartirlos, porque el sistema ya lo daba así y si no autorizaba no me podían aperturar mi cuenta de nómina. Le pregunté que entonces porque tenía la opción de  "no autorizo", muy groseramente me dijo que así tenía que firmar para que me aperturaran la cuenta de nómina, sino que podía ir a otro banco a aperturar mi nomina. Entonces en me están quitando mi derecho de decir que no quiero autorizar esta acción. Me condicionan a aceptar para darme este producto de nómina. Pará que poner la opción de no autorizo si el personal ejecutivo tacha lo que el quiere y no lo que nosotros como clientes deseamos y tenemos el derecho de autorizar o no autorizar.

So in they are taking away my right to say that I do not want to authorize this action. I am conditioned to accept to give me this payroll product. To put the option of I do not authorize if the executive staff cross out what they want and not what we as clients want and we have the right to authorize or not authorize.

Pésimo servicio, te tardas más de 3 horas en un trámite muy sencillo; solo hay una caja que se encarga de tramitar tarjetas de nomina, la cual de 12 a 1 se va a comer dejandonos a nosotros como clientes sentados una hora solo esperando, nadie te atiende y su servicio es muy pésimo. Se la pasan platicando, y dando vueltas. Y ya cuando están con los clientes su celular no lo dejan.

El peor banco, muy mal capacitado su personal, no es que tengan mucha gente, son lentos y lo último que importa es el cliente. Hay otras sucursales de donde deberían aprender.

El peor banco que he visitado en mi vida, un asco de servicio, no les importa el tiempo de los clientes, falta de personal, por ende, tardas muchas horas para un trámite sencillo. Definitivamente no vuelvo a este lugar.
